About us

Angela Wright,
Trainer & Programme Manager

Angela is our Administration Manager and Trainer with over 20 years experience working in Admin. She recently achieved PTLLS qualification in 2012.
Angela also has a number of years experience in conducting interviews and is now able to share this knowledge through our Interview Skills training days, and apprenticeship mentoring. Her aim is to make these sessions fun and bring out the individual personalities and qualities within the group, making people aware of the good qualities they have to offer potential employers. She helps promote confidence and enthusiasm to hopefully eliminate those pre-interview fears and nerves whilst ensuring everyone is prepared.

Angela is also our employer contact who liaises with a number a care companies in search of vacancies and interview opportunities. She has been very successful in building up positive relationships with many care companies who have employed our trained candidates and utilised our apprenticeship schemes.
